How much do Bond Rees charge for a process server?
To obtain a no obligation, instant, fixed fee quotation for your process serving requirement today, just contact Bond Rees on any of the above options and one of our helpful enquiry agents will be happy to assist you with this.
What information does a process server need?
It is helpful to provide as much information as you can but, equally, don’t fret too much if you only have basic details as our process servers are highly experienced and are likely to still be able to achieve service.
Full name and address are obviously necessary and if you do not know the address of the defendant, we can assist with person tracing.
If you have a current photograph of the defendant this can be very useful, any other addresses or locations that they are known to regularly frequent, who they live with, and any known risks such as history of violence of substance use are all beneficial pieces of information for a process server.
Why should a use a process server and not a court bailiff?
Hiring a professional process server offers a higher level of service and far more robust and committed service where the full fee will be made clear to you upfront and your document can be delivered, correctly and securely as soon as you require.
There is often a lengthy waiting list for court bailiffs and although this may seem like the cheaper option at first, court bailiffs will not act with the same resolve and perseverance as professional process servers and you are likely to be paying repeated fees before court services complete service for you successfully.
Do you serve in my location?
Bond Rees cover the whole of the United Kingdom and can serve in any location with minimal notice.
