Bond Rees are dedicated to our goal to fulfil the needs and expectations of every client and take pride in offering a personal service that provides for any individual specification or requirement.
After you have agreed to hire us and necessary documents are in our possession, Bond Rees process servers will undertake an initial service attempt at the primary or home address without delay; we will conduct 3 visits to this location to attempt process serving.
If the primary or home address does not offer opportunity for process serving, we will persevere with other locations that may enable opportunity for service such as a workplace or home of a partner or family member or other advised or indicated premises.
If it is perceived that the defendant or recipient is present at the address but not engaging with service, we will employ legally compliant techniques to promote service, and if it transpires that a defendant has relocated, we can also provide person or debtor tracing services if required.
On the rare occasion that we fail to achieve complete service, Bond Rees will issue all required reports and proof to our client conducive to gaining approval for third-party or substituted service and assist in any way we can in minimising avoidable delay to proceedings.
When our professional process servers have completed service we will update our client and provide all verification of this required such as a statement of service or sworn affidavit as appropriate.
Can a defendant refuse to be served?
An individual can hide from and evade a process server but once any form of person to person contact has been made, they cannot refuse to be served as papers can be placed close to them and in clear sight if they will not accept these by hand and this constitutes service and can be evidenced through photographic proof.
How much do Bond Rees charge for process serving?
Just contact us on any of the methods detailed below and one of our helpful advisors will be able to provide a fast and accurate quote for your process serving requirement.
Can process serving be undertaken via email?
