Our Process

Bond Rees provide persistent and perseverant process servers who have the resources and expertise to undertake proficient process serving, making use of legitimate and responsible techniques and methods when required to encourage contact and achieve service.

We provide 3 visits to the primary or home address to attempt service but if this does not yield satisfactory results our process servers will attend other addresses or locations known to hold potential for service such as a workplace or other premises the defendant is considered to frequent.

We carry out process serving with due diligence for civil procedure and ensuring verification of identification before issuing documents in person and obtaining evidence of service.

Once process serving is concluded we will inform our client and issue all required documentation and proof of service such as a statement of service of sworn affidavit as appropriate, or we are able to attend court to provide a witness statement if needed.

Bond Rees can also provide person or debtor tracing services to ascertain the whereabouts of a defendant or recipient if this is required.

On the rare occasion we are unable to complete service, Bond Rees will assist our client in any way we can to prevent unavoidable delay to proceedings and make application for third-party or substituted service.
